Question 1

Is my clients' data private and secure?

Accepted Answer

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is tightly restricted, and your clients' information is never used to train AI models. Mandato is built around Quebec's Loi 25 — consent and disclosure are handled by default, not bolted on.

Question 2

What if someone tells the bot something legally or financially sensitive?

Accepted Answer

Mandato acknowledges and organizes the inquiry — it never gives legal or accounting advice, and no professional relationship is created until you review the file and sign. Anything urgent or ambiguous is flagged to you immediately rather than answered automatically.

Question 3

How long does setup take, and do I have to change my tools?

Accepted Answer

During the private beta, setup is hands-on: we connect Mandato to the channels you already use — your web form, WhatsApp, and email — usually within a week. You don't switch software or run an IT project. Mandato sits in front of your existing stack.

Question 4

Will this replace my staff or sound like a robot to clients?

Accepted Answer

No. Mandato handles the first response and the overnight triage so your team spends its hours on real work, not sorting messages. Every reply is written in natural, professional language, and you can review anything before it goes out.

Question 5

Which languages does it handle?

Accepted Answer

English, French, and Brazilian Portuguese today. Mandato detects the client's language and responds in it automatically — with the same standard of writing in all three.

Question 6

What does it cost, and am I locked in?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is set with each firm during the private beta, and there's no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime. The goal is for Mandato to prove it earns its place before you commit to anything.
